What we collect

When you use Crewbase, we collect the data you and your team enter (clients, properties, jobs, estimates, invoices, photos, time entries) plus account info (name, email, hashed password, login history). We do not sell or share your business data with anyone.

How we use it

To run the product. We process your data to render the app, deliver emails and SMS to your customers (via Resend and Twilio), process payments (via Stripe), and host files (via Vercel Blob).

Data deletion

Cancel any time. Email hello@crewbase.app and we'll delete your workspace within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie for login. No tracking cookies, no third-party analytics cookies.
